First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of a comprehensive new patient exam including any and all necessary x-rays. We typically book theses appointments for 90 mins with Dr. Rosenthal and his assistant. During your exam Dr. Rosenthal will check the pockets between your teeth and gums, otherwise known as “full mouth probing” to determine  your periodontal health.

Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8a.m. until 5p.m.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your new patient visit.

  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • Please bring your new patient packet that you have recieved in the mail after scheduling your appointment. If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary information.  This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at his or her initial visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may reuire you to take pre-medication prior to all dental treatment. (i.e., artificial heart valves and joints, heart murmur etc.).

If your dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
